Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Atelier Nouri. If your print isn't quite right for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Because every print is produced to order, we simply ask that it is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returning your order

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for your return (optional, but always appreciated)

Please don't return your print before contacting us, as we'll first provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Although every print is carefully inspected before leaving production, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the print and the packaging.

We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned print has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Because every print is made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. This means we're usually unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you've just placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, we'll always do our best to help.
