What printing technique do you use?
All our art prints are created using 12-colour Giclée printing technology on premium Lustre Photo Art 240 gsm paper. This ensures museum-quality reproduction with rich colors and fine details that last for generations.
What sizes are available?
Our prints are available in three sizes:
• 30×40 cm (approx. 11.8"×15.7")
• 50×70 cm (approx. 19.7"×27.6")
• 70×100 cm (approx. 27.6"×39.4")
Are frames included?
No, frames are not included. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your interior style.
Ordering & Production
How does print-on-demand work?
Each print is made to order specifically for you. This means we don't keep stock, but instead create your print when you place your order. This approach reduces waste and ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality print.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days. After production, shipping time depends on your location.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to many countries. Check available shipping destinations and costs at checkout.
How are prints packaged?
All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
As each print is made to order, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's an issue. We stand behind our quality – if you're not satisfied with your print, please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Care & Display
How should I care for my print?
Display your print away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. When framing, consider using UV-protective glass for added longevity.
Can prints be displayed in humid environments?
While our prints are high-quality, we recommend avoiding areas with high humidity like bathrooms to ensure longevity.
